The best way to get exposure to NHS Values is by doing a clinical attachment, this allows IMGs to get an overview of departments, Trusts, how things work, relationships across the NHS, and how teams work.
This course gives candidates the opportunity to gain experience and a better understanding of ‘life in the NHS’. This vital experience can be included in your CV and NHS application, and discussed at a job interview.
